I have had the opportunity to visit the same brewery twice this year, and have had the opportunity to say hello to the brewery representative and managing director.The other day, with the guidance of the Managing Director, I was given a tour of the sake brewery, which had not yet started operation.The appearance of the building exudes a very formal and traditional atmosphere, and it is a rare and valuable sake brewery with a track record of using organic rice as a raw material.
One of our recommended sakes, Yatsugatake Fukunoyama (private brand owned by Yatsugatake Nanroku Farm), is actually made out of contract with this Tanizakura Sake Brewery.
