The representative brands of Maruyama Sake Brewery are “Suichogetsu” and “Oriboshi”.
It is characterized by a mellow, rich and refreshing taste that reflects Mr. Maruyama's personality.It is dry and cold in winter, and the climate of Fukaya, which is rich in underground water veins of the Tone River, produced this sake.
In addition, this area, which is famous for Fukaya green onions, has been a thriving area for industries such as brick making since the Meiji period, but it is probably an area that produces rich and high-quality materials.
