Takamin, the owner, visited Kochi and participated in the 66th Dorome Festival, a traditional Tosa event.
The highlight of the tournament is the drinking competition. Takamin didn't do this, but he was thrilled to be able to participate in the festival and see the Dorome Festival, which he had been looking forward to for a long time.
The sake used in this competition is Toyono Ume from Takagi Sake Brewery, which is also sold as treasured sake. Enjoy Toyono Ume at the beach. The Toyonou Ume that I drank while eating fresh whitebait was the best.
