Kuramitsu Sake Brewery, which has been brewing sake since 1864 and is now the last sake brewery in Oita City to serve as sacred sake for Gokoku Shrine.
Using underground water from the Ono River, which has the best water quality in Japan, "Daiginjo Sara" won the gold medal at the National New Sake Appraisal in 2003.
This sake is made using ``Ginnosato'' rice suitable for sake brewing from Oita City, and the yeast is selected for its extremely fragrant and high ester productivity, resulting in a slightly sweet finish.The ingredients to be combined are sashimi of white fish, salted yakitori, ankimo, and milt.This is the highest quality sake from Toboru, which is brewed by a treasured sake brewery that sleeps in Oita prefecture.
