Miroku Iwanami is a brand whose mission is to re-brand Iwanami Sake Brewery for the future.
We are making products that honestly reflect the "selfishness" of brewers and chief brewers.
The label design is based on the “namako wall” that is characteristic of the brewery’s exterior.
We will continue to refine and refine the production methods that we have accumulated so far, such as unfiltered, one-time heating, and thorough refrigerated storage.
Most importantly, we want our customers to be able to enjoy delicious sake.

①Iwanami Miroku Junmai Daiginjo 720ml
"Iwanami Miroku Junmai Daiginjo" is packed with everything Iwanami Shuzo has.
More than half of the Yamada Nishiki rice produced in Hyogo Prefecture, known as the king of sake rice, is polished and carefully hand-washed by the brewers.
Kamaya carefully steams sake rice from the very cold early morning, and the toji, who stays overnight in the brewery, takes responsibility for making koji all night long.
The resulting powerful koji is slowly brewed at a low temperature and fermented to create a mellow and mellow good sake.
Enjoy it as a premium sake that goes well with any dish!

② Iwanami Miroku Junmai Ginjo 720ml
The brewers carefully “brew” it, and it has become a single sake with a very harmonious aroma, umami, and sharpness.
The yeast used is "K-1901 yeast", which is characterized by its gorgeous ginjo aroma like bananas.
And in "Iwanami's pure rice sake brewing", we used the old known sake rice "Hitogokochi from Nagano prefecture with a rice polishing ratio of 59%".
Combining the wonderful ginjo aroma with the common theme of Iwanami Shuzo's sake, "sake quality that harmonizes umami and sharpness", this sake will not disappoint customers who are looking for high-quality junmai ginjo. .
As a feature of the manufacturing method, the sake brewed in winter is unfiltered and immediately pasteurized only once, and then stored in a refrigerator at 3 degrees or less until the last minute. This has enabled us to offer extremely high quality sake all year round.

③ Iwanami Miroku Junmai Sake 720ml
It is a highly recommended one with excellent taste and cost performance of Iwanami Shuzo.
The yeast used is "K-1901 yeast", which is characterized by its gorgeous ginjo aroma like bananas.
Along with the yeast, we use sake rice "Hitogokochi from Nagano Prefecture" with a rice polishing ratio of 70%,
The brewers have carefully "made" the sake, and brought it together into a single sake that is extremely harmonious in terms of aroma, taste, and sharpness.
Building with this spec is the first attempt in our history,
“I want to make junmai sake that can be enjoyed in a wide range of temperatures, not just cold sake.”
