Jakuchu Junmai Daiginjo Raw Sake 720ml Taniguchi Sake Brewery Co., Ltd.


It is a rare and valuable sake that cannot be easily purchased by mail order!
The highest quality "Junmai Daiginjo Seigenshu" produced by Taniguchi Sake Brewery in the Tango region of Kyoto.
The mouth is a little sweet and tinged with tromi, but the sharp taste peculiar to sake gradually develops in the mouth.
At the end, it is an excellent sake that goes beyond the realm of Japanese sake, leaving an overwhelming flavor in the mouth and washing it away.
You can cool it at first and then use lukewarm sake at the end.
It has won awards in Italy in the past and goes well with Gorgonzola cheese.

Sake rice used: 100% "celebration" from local Yosano town

Daiginjo "Kusumi Senbazuru" 720ml Sato Sake Brewery Co., Ltd.


Yamada Nishiki, a rice suitable for sake brewing, is polished to 40% and carefully finished by long-term low-temperature fermentation of 40 days or more.
It has a fruity aroma and sweetness, yet has a sharp taste.
It is recommended to drink at room temperature or cool.
