Jakuchu Junmai Daiginjo Raw Sake 720ml Taniguchi Sake Brewery Co., Ltd.


It is a rare and valuable sake that cannot be easily purchased by mail order!
The highest quality "Junmai Daiginjo Seigenshu" produced by Taniguchi Sake Brewery in the Tango region of Kyoto.
The mouth is a little sweet and tinged with tromi, but the sharp taste peculiar to sake gradually develops in the mouth.
At the end, it is an excellent sake that goes beyond the realm of Japanese sake, leaving an overwhelming flavor in the mouth and washing it away.
You can cool it at first and then use lukewarm sake at the end.
It has won awards in Italy in the past and goes well with Gorgonzola cheese.

Using underground water from the Ono River, which has the highest water quality in Japan, "Daiginjo Sara" won the gold medal at the National New Sake Appraisal in 2003.
Using "Gin no Sato", a rice suitable for sake brewing from Oita City,
Yeast is a liquor made by selecting high ester productivity with extremely high aroma and has a slightly sweet finish.
The ingredients to be combined are sashimi of white fish, salted yakitori, ankimo, and milt.
This is the highest quality sake from Toboru, which is brewed by a treasured sake brewery that sleeps in Oita prefecture.
