"Jakuchu" Junmai Daiginjo Seigenshu (Taniguchi Sake Brewery) 720ml

At present, Jakuchu is a rare and valuable treasured sake that can only be purchased here by mail order.
"Jakuchu" Junmai Daiginjo and Junmai Ginjo use 100% of Kyoto-born rice suitable for sake brewing "Kei", and by preparing at a low temperature, a soft taste not found in existing brands has been realized.
The original picture used in the package is "Uryuzu" written by Jakuchu Ito.
This work is a private collection of a sake brewer, and is skillfully drawn on an elongated screen using a technique called "streak drawing" that takes advantage of the characteristics of paper called paper.
In addition, the book "Jakuchu" of the brand was written by the chief priest of the Ito family, Bodaiji, and Hozoji, which is close to the birthplace of Ito Jakuchu in Kyoto city.

"Ryuso" Junmai Daiginjo (Takagi Sake Brewery) 720ml

In 1994, when the Ginjo brewery that brews this sake was rebuilt, a large tornado appeared in the sea, and there is an episode that it came right above this brewery. There was no miraculous damage, and this year (the year when the National New Sake Appraisal was canceled), the Daiginjo brewed in this brewery won the "Honor Award" at the Shikoku Sake Appraisal. Among them, I received a "ribbon" that can be attached to particularly excellent sake.
Since then, the sake brewed in this Ginjo brewery has won the gold medal at the National New Sake Appraisal. I'm sure that the dragon god, who loves sake, is staying there and watching over the sake brewing.
One day, I was warming up the idea of making sake related to this episode, but in 2009 I was finally able to fulfill that desire. We named it "Ryuso" as the sake played by the dragon god.
This Junmai Daiginjo is brewed using 100% of Kochi prefecture's sake brewing suitable rice "Gin no Yume" and Kochi prefecture yeast. It is a sake that aims to make the best sake with 100% Kochi ingredients.
