Tango Kingdom Junmai Ginjo 1800ml Taniguchi Sake Brewery Co., Ltd.

The name comes from the theory that a long time ago, a kingdom existed in the Tango region. Between sweet and dry, this is a versatile sake that everyone will enjoy.

Uses "Iwai" from Yosano, Kyoto. The modest ginjo aroma is easy to match with soft-flavoured dishes such as Japanese cuisine.

A small sake brewery founded in 1871, located in Yosano-cho, at the foot of Mt. Oe. The president, Nobu Taniguchi, has been in the brewery since 1984 as a toji (master sake brewer), and has been brewing sake using only rice suitable for sake brewing.
