It is a dry pure rice wine.
Cold and hot sake are especially recommended for drinking!
Ideal as a sake during meals, it goes well with hot pot dishes in winter.

What is “Tanba Kingdom”?
The name comes from the theory that a long time ago, a kingdom existed in the Tango region.


Located in Yosano-cho, Yosano-cho at the foot of Mt. Oe, it is a small brewery founded in 1871.
The president, Nobu Taniguchi, has been in the brewery since 1984 as a toji (master sake brewer), and has been brewing sake using only rice suitable for sake brewing.
