In the land of Oita, which is rich in greenery, we continue to brew carefully over time, and we are producing high-quality sake that has won the Gold Award at the National Sake Appraisal.

Kuramitsu's Sara Daiginjo Tobindori uses underground water from the Ono River, ``Ginnosato'' rice suitable for sake brewing from Oita City, and a highly fragrant ``high ester-producing yeast''.It is a highly fragrant sake that is carefully handcrafted with the best of the techniques of the brewery.
