Kuramitsu no Sara Junmai Daiginjo 720ml


The water used is subsoil water from the Ono River and Oita City's sake brewing rice "Gin no Sato".
Yeast uses "high ester productivity yeast" with high fragrance.
It is a highly fragrant sake that is carefully handcrafted to make you feel beautiful by gathering the best of brewery technology.

Rice polishing rate: 50%
Acidity: 1.2
Brown rice used: Gin no Sato (produced in Oita City)



Koki Junmai Ginjo Tobindori 720ml


Tobin-dori uses Hinohikari rice grown in Oita Prefecture, polished to 55%, and Kumamoto Active Yeast.
Received the Silver Award at the All-American Sake Appraisal and the 1st prize at the National Alcoholic Beverage Contest

I put the moromi (moromi) in a bleached cloth bag, hung it in a small tank, and collected the sake that oozed out from it in a tobin.



Double Tree Special Pure Rice Wine 720ml


"Hinohikari" rice from Oita Prefecture is polished to 60%, and when washing the rice, 10 kg of rice is washed in low-temperature water at a time,
The rice is steamed in batches of 10 kg by hand using a natural cooling system.
Yeast is a sake based on low-temperature long-term moromi using Kumamoto Active Public Recruitment.
