Junmai sake "Tosa Kinzo" is a junmai sake that goes well with food, featuring a gentle aroma and the original flavor of rice that is not overly polished.This is a pure rice sake that is carefully selected by the fifth generation, aiming for the royal road of sake.
I think the balance of sake is better if it is not too cold.It can be used at room temperature, but from the beginning of autumn, it is ideal for warm sake. Please enjoy it from luke warm to hot.During the season of new sake, we will also ship raw unprocessed type.
