Treasured Ginjo "Kusumi Senbazuru" 720ml
Although it is named Ginjo,
It is made from Yamada Nishiki, which is as high-polished as Daiginjo.
It features a gorgeous flavor.
It is recommended to drink at room temperature or cold.
Junmai Ginjo "Mine no Shizuku" 720ml
We polish and use up to 55% of Okayama Prefecture's Omachi rice.
It has a unique aroma of Omachi, and is the dryest of Sato Sake Brewery's Junmai sake.
Characterized by sharp spiciness.
It is recommended to drink at room temperature or slightly warm.
Junmai Sake Raw sake 720ml
Raw brewing is a brewing method that was originally made from the Edo period to the Meiji period.
A type of sake that is rarely made in warm Kyushu.
We recommend chilled or hot kanzake with pure rice sake, which has a strong acidity and a heavy taste.
