Raw brewing is a very time-consuming and labor-intensive brewing method that was originally performed from the Edo period to the Meiji period.
A rare and valuable liquor that is rarely made in warm Kyushu.
It is a pure rice sake with a strong acidity and a heavy taste, and it is recommended to use cold, lukewarm or hot sake.
