"Jakuchu" Junmai Daiginjo and Junmai Ginjo use 100% of Kyoto-born rice suitable for sake brewing "Kei", and by preparing at a low temperature, a soft taste not found in existing brands has been realized.
The original picture used in the package is "Uryuzu" written by Jakuchu Ito.
This work is a private collection of a sake brewer, and is skillfully drawn on an elongated screen using a technique called "streak drawing" that takes advantage of the characteristics of paper called paper.
In addition, the book "Wakaoka" of the brand was written by the chief priest of the Ito family, Bodaiji, and Hozoji, which is close to the birthplace of Ito Jakuchu in Kyoto city.
