A junmai ginjo sake with 100% of Tosa's charm, made by polishing Kochi Prefecture's rice "Gin no Yume" to 50% and brewing with Kochi yeast.Some of them will be shipped as limited raw sake.
It is characterized by the elegant taste of Gin no Yume, the gentle sweetness of unpasteurized sake, and the gorgeous apple-like aroma.
